Raspberry Hazelnut Double Chocolate Chip Cookies (VEGAN!)

Elevate the flavour of our award-winning Double Chocolate Oat with Raspberry Cookie Mix with the addition of finely chopped hazelnuts.


  • 1 (385g) box Goodums™ Double Chocolate Oat with Raspberry mix
  • 1 tbsp (7g) ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp (45ml) water

  • 1 tbsp (15ml) non-dairy milk

  • 2 tsp (10ml) vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup (125ml) vegetable oil

  • 1/ 2 cup (65g) hazelnuts, chopped


  1. Prepare a flax egg replacement by stirring together the ground flax seeds with the water in a small bowl. Set aside to gelatinize for about 15 minutes.

  2. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.

  3. Pour all the cookie mix into a large bowl. Add the egg replacement, milk, vanilla and oil. Stir until well combined. 

  4. Fold in the chopped hazelnuts.

  5. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to distribute evenly sized balls of dough onto the baking sheet, about 1” apart from one another. 

  6. Gently press down on each cookie with your hands or the back of a fork to flatten

  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
