Hi, I’m Lisa Mina.
Registered dietitian and a mom.
I was inspired to create Goodums™ from my desire to make homemade nutritious snacks for my daughter. Like many kids, my daughter loves snacking and is very active, but I couldn’t find many baked snacks that are simple, nutritious and made with recognizable ingredients. I craved simple baking solutions, that I could feel good serving my family. Goodums baked goods can be enjoyed with fresh fruit or milk to make a balanced snack.

As a Registered Dietitian, it is important to me to use simple, wholesome ingredients that help fuel your day. I want parents to feel good about the snacks they offer their kids. Enjoy Goodums as part of a balanced snack.

I spent a lot of time developing baking mixes with high-quality whole grains such as quinoa and oats, real dried fruit or vegetable, flax seeds, and a small amount of sugar. Also, most of the ingredients are organic.
You’ll be glad that you can recognize all the ingredients - that means no additives, preservatives, or artificial colours and flavours! Each bake mix has the Whole Grain stamp - that means at least 8 grams of whole grain per serving. Pair it up with some fresh fruit and milk, and you’ve got a balanced snack.
